Exchanges & Returns



Please do not use the product if you are not satisfied and claim return.

  • All items will need to be tagged, unworn and in original packing.

  • Please return the product in the original condition as you received it and in the original box and/or packaging within 7 calendar days from the date you received it.

  • Buyer will need to bear the cost of courier charges for return and will refund the remaining cost of the items via your bank account transfer or easy-paisa.

  • All return requests need to be made upon receipt of the parcel and return item must be received by Little Kiddy within 7 calendar days of being received by the customer.

  • Refund will be done within 3 to 5 working days after returned items are received and inspected by our warehouse staff.

  • We will deduct Flat Rs 300 for service charges in case if the parcel is returned by customer for refund.
  • Little Kiddy will not accept any return, if the item is found damaged and dirty.

Note: All parcels send for exchange or return must be through trackable courier.


  • All items need to be unworn, in original packing with tags attached.

  • Please send the item to be exchanged back within 7 calendar days from the date you received it. 

  • Courier charges for the return will be paid by the customer. Rs.300 shipping charges will be charged for sending the exchange item.

Exchanged item will be couriered as soon as the original item is received.


For Karachi customers, please pay extra Rs 400 for BYKEA courier to deliver items on same day in Karachi only. This service is not for all areas of Karachi. Please consult Little Kiddy customer service dept for details*.

URGENT DELIVERY in other cities:-
We are pleased to offer next day urgent delivery services for all major cities within Pakistan except Karachi. To avail of this service, we kindly request customers to make an advance payment and cover the Rs 600 delivery charges. Please consult our customer services before placing an order for urgent delivery. 

*SALE ITEMS cannot be returned or exchanged.
